Terms and Conditions OF Domex Cargo

By accessing or utilizing the services of Domex Cargo, you affirm that you have read, understood, and expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

Domex Cargo provides domestic and international logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, express delivery, customs clearance, and reverse logistics services. Service availability may vary by location and shipment type.

2. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are subject to availability, weight/volume limits, customs regulations, and serviceability in destination areas.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in your service agreement.
For delays brought on by customs, third-party carriers, or force majeure, Domex is not responsible.

3. Client Responsibilities

You commit to giving correct shipping details and making sure that all contents abide by national and international regulations.
Dangerous or restricted goods must be disclosed in advance.
It is your responsibility to package shipments safely unless Domex has agreed to handle packing.

4. Pricing & Payment

All service fees are subject to the relevant taxes.
Quotations are valid for a limited time and may vary based on fuel surcharge, distance, weight, and dimensions.
Payments must be made prior to or upon dispatch, unless credit terms have been approved.

5. Liability & Claims

Domex Cargo is not liable for loss or damage beyond the declared value or applicable insurance limits.
Written claims must be made within seven days after delivery.
We reserve the right to inspect any item and deny claims for prohibited or improperly packaged goods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Domex Cargo. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services or site at our discretion, with or without notice.
